A bit of 'insurance'...

I am very gluten & dairy sensitive. I'm even sensitive to goat & sheep products unfortunately :-( But on occasion, I just want to eat dairy (never gluten) so I take one of these when I decide to eat any type of dairy. I also keep a couple in my purse for when I go out to eat (which is rare, but I'd sure like to do more of). I think of it as a bit of insurance. This particular product was introduced to me by a chiropractor who first diagnosed me as extremely sensitive to gluten and dairy 12 years ago.
