Good deal and good quality vitamin!

Easy to swallow

It's nice to have some smaller supplements once in awhile. I take Vit D every day and up it if I have been exposed to someone who's sick or feel something coming on. Usually I don't get the common cold. I think that's because of taking at least 5,000mg of Vit D plus Zinc, and of course eating a Gluten Free/dairy free diet.
