Love this product! Coming into menopuase, I have not been sleeping very well and Serene really helps me sleep well through the night, wake up refreshed and handle the next days events and stresses with ease.

Seems to be working!

I have often wished I could shake this underlying malaise I have carried most of my life. When Mary suggested I try Serene, I took her advice. It took about 2-3 wks, and then one day I noticed I was happy for no reason. This is pretty rare for me, so I noticed. I'm currently going through the Hospice Volunteer Training and I think this product is really helping keep everything in perspective. It doesn't mean I don't get sad, but it's easier for me to be upbeat.

I sleep fairly well at night and get 6-9 hours each night. I have sleep apnea and sleep with a CPAP machine. With enough restful sleep I am still so sleepy all day with out much energy. If I sit down to do anything I am overcome with the need to sleep. Do you think this supplement would help me or is there something else you can suggest?
