REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
UNOPENED PRODUCTS All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) Code that must be printed on the return label. To obtain your Return Authorization Code, call 877-465-0844 or one of the other contact phone numbers. Packages returned without a valid RA Code will be refused delivery and returned to the customer without a refund. Most unopened products are returnable with these exceptions: Apex Energetics products: Omega Co3, Ultra-D, Super EFA, Tumero, Resvero and Nitric Balance. Other unopened products are returnable with a proper RA code and will be refunded less actual shipping charges if returned within the first 30 (thirty) days of purchase. The credit card or PayPal account used for your purchase will be credited the amount you paid for the product minus our actual shipping costs that were not already paid by the client. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
OPENED PRODUCTS The above policies apply to opened products except that instead of a refund, store credit will be issued for the amount of the product minus actual shipping charges not paid for by the client from the original transaction.
