ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed same day or at least within 1 - 2 business days (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday before noon Pacific Time are usually processed same day. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next business day. Please verify availability of priority shipping with us. If available, orders for Priority Shipping will be processed the same day if received by 1:00 PM PST. Orders are processed and shipped on business days and Saturdays if possible excluding major holidays. Please see below for international shipping. We can ship to virtually any country through Bongo Int. *All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) Code that must be printed on the return label. To obtain your Return Authorization Code, call 877-465-0844 or one of the other contact phone numbers. Packages returned without a valid RA Code will be refused delivery and returned to the customer without a refund. Generally any product is returnable. Exceptions are these Apex Energetics products: Omega Co3, Ultra-D, Super EFA and Nitric Balance. Other products are returnable with a proper RA code and will be refunded less actual shipping charges if returned within the first 30 (thirty) days of purchase provided the product is less than half used. The credit card or PayPal account used for your purchase will be credited the amount you paid for the product minus our actual shipping costs. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are canceled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are: -Item(s) not available. -Difficulty in processing payment information. -Cannot ship to address provided. -A duplicate order was placed. -Canceled due to a customer request.
If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items. Credit cards are charged as your order is being processed. Order cancellations will not show a charge if paid for by credit card.
Orders paid for by PayPal are charged at the time of checkout. Cancellations of PayPal orders will be processed internally within 2 business days and will show a credit to your PayPal account within the limits of the PayPal system.

This means that customers from the above countries have the option of entering the actual international shipping address information and have products shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We have discontinued the International Express Mail option. Past experience showed Express to be much more costly without any significant time benefit. Bongo is the better choice for quicker delivery. For Bongo orders we ship Priority USPS to your Bongo address in Connecticut (2-3 days) and then Bongo expedites the International leg usually in just another two days to your door. Contact Bongo to set up your account and get your US address. The BONGO option is a good one for two types of international customers, those that want faster delivery and for those who order more than a few times a year from US-based companies. We set up our site to give you that option if you chose to use it.
