Allvia Progensa Mist is a natural unscented solution, free of parabens and triethanolamine. Both menopausal and peri-menopausal women experiencing physiological changes can use Progensa Mist. It has been well formulated for better absorption. In one ounce of fluid, the spray contains 1120 mg progesterone. Recommended usage, apply once or twice per day as needed. Dispense three (3) sprays onto your chest, abdomen, inner arms or thighs alternating area with each application. Do not use for more than three weeks during a one-month period, or as directed by your health care professional.
