Does this work for acid reflux along with heartburn. Looking for an alternative to antacids. 65 y.o.
This formula looks like a good option for helping with acid reflux. I have noticed that the amount of reflux depends on several factors including specific foods and the foods involved will probably be different for each person. I am gluten free and have found that different types of gluten free bread make a difference. Some are well tolerated and some contribute to acid reflux 8+ hours later. We tend to recommend a couple of types of digestive enzymes as well like BetterGenix EnzymeGenix and DGL Ultra from Enzymatic Therapy. The time of day you eat different foods matters too. Sorry this isn't easier but you have a lot of company and your kidneys and liver will thank you for lowering your dependence of OTC meds.
