I have a very high inflammation with pain in my legs hip and arms and I have
Carpal tunnel will this help my inflammation.
Global inflammation can have many causes, gut health being one of them. Getting healthy means finding what your body wants but isn’t getting and what it doesn’t want but is getting. We like to use testing to see which foods might contribute to the inflammation. Cyrex Labs is current favorite for that (Arrays 3, 4 and 10). We also like to look at blood tests to see shifts in your physiology that can be a clue to what you are lacking. One test I really like is a Nutrahacker report that shows which genes aren’t functioning in an ideal fashion and what steps you can take to improve the resulting physiology. You can learn more about that at QOLcast.com.
To answer your question about Glutamine Forte, this may be one of the keys to the health puzzle and is beneficial for many people. It certainly won’t hurt to try it but it would be great to have more information about your particular physiology from the above mentioned testing.

MSG causes tachycardia in my body. Usually , about 12 hours after I eat something that has MSG, I get tachycardia which lasts about 3 hours. Will Glutamine have the affect on my heart? I really need something for leaky gut syndrome.
L-Glutamine is a completely different amino acid than msg. You should have no issues.

Can this help me lose weight?
It would not help directly for weight loss. L-Glutamate is important for gut health and repair which contributes to weight issues due to inflammation throughout the body. The curcumin in the product also helps with inflammation.
