A naturopathic doctor had me start with the Integrative Cortisol Manager as my test results indicated elevated levels. have been using them for about one year. I am planning on going back in to she her in September 2014. How long should one take the Cortisol Manager before switching to Cortivive?
1 Answer
Hi Cheri, You can stay on the Cortisol Manager. I don't know if I would recommend the Cortivive, that is more for low cortisol levels. I usually recommend the HPA Adapt to take along with the Cortisol Manager. I usually recommend taking 2 before breakfast and 2 before lunch on an empty stomach. This will help support the cortisol in the earlier part of the day, allowing the cortisol to tapper off toward the evening.
