Thorne Quercetin Complex (formerly Quercenase) reduces allergy symptoms and helps to reduce bruising and swelling. Quercetin stabilizes the body's mast cells, which store and release histamine to support individuals suffering from allergies. Also inhibits oxidation of LDL cholesterol to protect the cardiovascular system and protects the GI tract. Bromelain supports a healthy immune system because it contains constituetns that help maintain healty cytokine balance, and helps to reduce bruising and swelling after and injury or surgery including dental surgery. Bromelain is derived from the pineapple plant.
